Pricing and revenue modelling
Price every seat. Forecast every scenario.
Pricing and revenue modelling for sports clubs and live-event teams. Compare pricing options, benchmark performance and show stakeholders the commercial impact before going on sale.
Built from more than 20 years of ticketing and commercial experience across the Premier League, major international sporting events and live entertainment.
The platform in action
See the commercial decision before you make it
Pricing Gods brings historical performance, market benchmarks, pricing scenarios and forecast revenue into one decision-making environment.
- Compare scenarios
- Test different prices, allocations and sales targets without rebuilding a spreadsheet.
- Use relevant evidence
- Bring historical sales and external pricing benchmarks into the decision.
- Explain the recommendation
- Give commercial teams and senior stakeholders a clearer view of the assumptions, risks and forecast outcome.
The current reality
Pricing is still too much work
Pricing teams often spend hours assembling data and formulas before they can compare even a small number of options. Every revision creates another spreadsheet, another calculation and another round of internal discussion.
- 01Manual scenarios
- 02Fragmented pricing data
- 03Repeated rounds of modelling
- 04Meeting after meeting
- 05Eventually, go on sale
How it works
From evidence to decision in three steps
- 01
Bring together the evidence
Import or structure historical sales, ticket prices, capacities, event information and relevant market benchmarks.
- 02
Build and compare scenarios
Test different prices, allocations and sales targets, then see the effect on attendance, yield and forecast revenue.
- 03
Make the decision clearly
Review the options, share the commercial rationale and export a decision-ready recommendation.

Pricing Gods' software has saved the team hours of spreadsheet work and pricing headaches, allowing us to focus on what really matters: creating a brilliant festival experience for the fans.
Industry expertise
As a former Head of Ticketing for Premier League clubs including Everton and Arsenal, and having worked on the World Athletics Championships and the Olympics, I wish this tool had existed back then. It would have saved me hours of admin, freeing me up to focus on what really matters: ticket pricing and commercial strategy.

From ticket price to revenue per seat
One seat is worth more than its ticket price
Ticket revenue is only one part of the commercial value of attendance. Pricing Gods helps organisations develop a fuller view of revenue per seat or attendee.
Revenue per seat = (ticket revenue + ancillary spend) ÷ occupied seats
We use “revenue per seat” for stadiums and seated venues, and “revenue per attendee” for festivals, conferences and general-admission events. What the platform can model today depends on each client’s available data; ancillary sources are not integrated automatically.
